DABA is a non-profit group, operating with volunteers and consultants, without a paid staff or public office.

All officers and board members are volunteers and have been elected by their peers to serve in a leadership capacity.

E-mails and postal mail are received and responded to promptly. If questions arise that can not be answered on this website, please contact DABA and an elected representative will respond promptly.
